By accessing or using Sense+ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to the website at senseplus.co.in and all associated mobile applications.

2. Nature of the service

Sense+ provides AI-powered health guidance based on symptoms you describe or images you upload. The Service:

• Is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Does not establish a doctor-patient relationship
• May present incorrect or incomplete information
• Should not be used in medical emergencies — call 112 or visit the nearest emergency room

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sense+. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate symptom information to the best of your knowledge
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not upload images that contain content unrelated to health symptoms
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Not use the Service to provide guidance to third parties in a professional capacity

5. Health data and consent

By submitting symptom descriptions or images, you explicitly consent to Sense+ processing this data to generate health guidance. This data is classified as sensitive personal data under India's DPDP Act 2023. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sense+ and its operators shall not be liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any guidance provided by the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology within Sense+ is owned by or licensed to Sense+. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
